In supporting actors and actresses there is no differentiation between comedy and drama, so they are two very competitive categories. In the female category, two singers with powerful film careers and opposite roles lead: Ariana Grande as Glinda from Wicked and Teyana Taylor as Porfidia Beverly Hills in One battle after another. As for television supporting actors, it would be a big surprise if the award didn’t go to Owen Cooper, the fifteen-year-old protagonist of the miniseries. Adolescence.
