Trump urges countries suffering from the energy crisis to go to the Strait of Hormuz and get their own oil
The president of the United States, Donald Trump, has called on countries that are suffering from the rise in oil prices due to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz to buy it from the United States or “must up the courage, go to the strait and take” the oil themselves. Furthermore, with special mention to the United Kingdom, it warns that the United States will no longer provide support to them, given that the United States has not obtained help in its campaign in Iran or in sending military ships to escort ships transiting through the strait.
“To all those countries that can’t get enough oil because of the Strait of Hormuz (blockade), like the UK, which refused to get involved in the decapitation of Iran, I have a suggestion: 1. Buy (oil) from the US, we have a lot of it. 2. muster up some overdue courage, go to the strait and take it. You have to start learning how to fight for yourselves, the US will no longer be there to help you, just as you weren’t there to help us,” he says in a message on his social network, Truth Social. And he adds that “Iran has been, essentially, decimated, the hard part is already done. Get your own oil.”
In a subsequent message, the dart was directed at France, which he reproached for not allowing planes with military supplies destined for Israel to fly over its territory. “France has been VERY LITTLE USEFUL regarding the “butcher of Iran”, which has been successfully eliminated! THE USA WILL REMEMBER!!!”, he warns.
