In this context, the company announced the opening of an international public tender for the execution and construction of expansion works in the New Cardones and New Maitencillo substations, both key to reinforce the transmission network in the north and center of the country. The call is part of the General Law of Electrical Services and considers the expansion of new GIS 220 kV sheds, with the aim of increasing system capacity and resilience. The basis of the process will be available from September 29 at the official site of Isa Energía and in the portal of the National Electric Coordinator, from where they can be acquired by interested companies.
The company in Chile participates in the Consortium of Works such as Kimal – Lo Aguirre and is in charge of the construction and subsequent operation of Kimal -Lagunas, an interregional line that recently obtained its environmental approval.
